What to know before choosing a plan

No. The Tookan app is free for your customers and there is no limit on how many you can invite. Only Tookan Business users count towards your plan.

Yes. The demo creates access to both apps and a sample contact so you can immediately test text and voice messages.

Both plans include messaging, voice notes, forms and customer follow-up. Pro adds roles, shared tasks, appointment booking, a calendar, tickets, a product catalogue, order management and standard online payments, together with more forms, storage and business users.

The €150 excluding VAT package includes a discovery session, initial configuration, preparation of a first form, a journey test and a walkthrough with the main user. It does not include DocuSign and RingCentral projects.

Yes. You can add Tookan Business users or storage as your needs grow.

The product catalogue, orders and standard online payments are included in Pro. Custom journeys and DocuSign or RingCentral projects are assessed and quoted separately. These charges are additional to the €150 excluding VAT Tookan setup package, and payment provider fees remain payable separately.
